When we moved into our first Upstate home, I became fascinated by how much a space can influence the way we live and feel. I wanted a home that was beautiful and functional, something that supported real life with kids, routines, and the chaos in between. Actually creating that vision was harder than I expected, and it pushed me to start learning, experimenting, and designing for myself.
Somewhere in that process I realized how much I loved it. I learned how to cut through the overwhelm, trust my eye, and make thoughtful choices that feel good to live with.
Today I help people create homes that feel warm, intentional, and personal. Nothing fussy or intimidating. Just spaces that support everyday life and look beautiful while doing it.
My path into design is rooted in both creativity and a decade of real-world business experience. Before launching my business, I spent over a decade in New York City working in finance, marketing, and business development. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how much the business side of design matters. In this industry, the creative work is only a fraction of the job. Clear communication, budget management, process, and organization are what keep a project running smoothly.
This brand is where my creative side and business background finally meet. And most importantly right now, I’ve been able to build a business structure that allows me to put my family first. My family is what inspires me and has provided me with newfound confidence to forge my own path in helping others create special spaces to live and love in.
I gravitate toward a Transitional or Modern Classic style, blending old-world character with fresh, modern details. My years in NYC definitely shaped my eye. I’ve always loved the way the city mixes historic charm with clean, modern lines, and that balance shows up in my work.
I live in Skaneateles, NY with my husband and three young kids and work with clients within a 30-mile radius. We recently bought a new home, and this fresh start has brought a whole new level of excitement to my work. I’m excited to help others create homes they love while we do the same!
