During this complimentary call, I’ll learn about you and your home, including your ideas, challenges, and overall goals. I’ll explain how I can assist and outline my process. If we’re a good match, we’ll schedule a follow-up consultation home visit.

We’ll meet at your home (physically or virtually) to assess what you’d like to focus on and discuss your goals in more detail. It’s an opportunity for me to listen and gather information to create a customized project proposal.

Next, I’ll send you a project proposal detailing the scope, timeline, fee, and contract. If you decide to move forward, you’ll sign the contract and the project begins.

Once the proposal is signed, I’ll schedule a measurement meeting to take detailed measurements and photos of your space. This will allow me to start planning your project.

From there, I’ll develop and refine visual representations of our design goals – including a curated mood board, floor plan, furnishing ideas, and the overall aesthetic. I will present these to you, and you’ll have the opportunity to approve, decline, or provide feedback on the product selections and ideas directly within the client portal.

When needed, a 3D render offers a realistic view of the design concept, helping us visualize and fine-tune the final layout in your specific space. This process highlights potential issues early on, ensuring the design aligns perfectly with your vision.

After the design is finalized and all selections are approved, I place and manage the product orders for you (and take care of the headache-inducing logistics).

This final step is all about bringing your vision to life. Once all items have been delivered to my receiving warehouse, I’ll schedule an installation day to handle everything – from delivering and arranging furniture to hanging artwork and styling accessories.
